'BEST MOVIE OF THE YEAR'?? are you kidding me. This is the first movie I've ever walked out of because it was excrutiatingly slow, NOTHING happened, and the characters are all just high, drunk, and stupid- not likeable at all. Also, at a gala full of beautiful women, you're telling me those are the girls a billionaire would choose? mkay. Then the build up amounted to violent grape scenes followed by gruesome killings? I LOVE horror and true crime but I'm sorry, if that's the kind of stuff that you are into (i'm looking at you ppl in the movie theater laughing non stop during the grapes and violent killings!!) you people scare me. It is genuinely disturbing how normalized depictions of SA and violence have beocme and if Zoe Kravitz was trying to convey an 'important' message as everyone else is saying she is, then she obviously didn't do it very well because I don't think the important message is in the room with us.
