Was hopeful, but I'm three episodes into the first season, and I'm waiting to be charmed. The relationship between the characters in the original was the whole reason it succeeded. There was humor. The relationships mattered more than the situation itself - you CARED about all of the characters. Who here really cared about the astronauts (who were clearly acting in full gravity - not sure why they couldn't find a way to make that less obvious) or the bad guys in the first episode?
I am missing the charm and the humor and the tension built from trying to honestly and actually step into someone else's life that made the first show so successful. These folks are just so darn serious and humorless. Episode 2, the "lecture" he gave the concussed astronaut was...boring, and cliche. Find the love, people!
