It’s made clear in the first scene that this is an absurdist adventure. After the finale I couldn’t help but think how clever the whole season was, even after all the seemingly stupid twists and turns. I’m sure some will find it blasphemous. Some will find it stupid. But, it’s sort of a battle royale between God, man, and technology. Faith, love, and knowledge. Who wins? I’m not sure anyone does but the commentary is priceless.
