Anyone who considers themselves an NHL savant understands that having to tweak gameplay sliders is a huge element to enjoying your version. However, I read that some feel that this is the same game as last year and it reminds me that there are many people playing this game, giving their opinion but truly don’t know, play or understand it fully. I’ve been playing this series since I was 10, and continued thru HS & Juniors in the #1 state in the country for our sport. The game is much better and smarter than it’s ever been, so I recommend that people adjust sliders for a quicker or slower pace. After having manipulated areas of the gameplay, then write a more honest review that isn’t based on frustrations from the 1st couple of minutes playing. Cheers

This game has improved over last years iteration by a ton. People want a reason to hate a game, but not this one. They rose up to compete with College Football, and they’ve made a good argument. Focus on the gameplay.
