I grew up with the original movie, on a typical weekend, sitting with dad in the lounge jaming away to Danger Zone & Mighty Wings.. never did I think a sequel would be better than the original. Blown away, lost for words & so much emotion in one movie. The most wholesome & outstanding movie I have seen in years. 36 years between the two movies, many years in between watching & re watching the original just to feel that excitement. This movie, left with no words. Tom Cruise, a beautiful man. The acting was fantastic. Brilliant work having Miles Teller as Rooster, what an absolute champion. Does an amazing job in the role. I can’t fault a single thing. Would see & will see, more than once. Yes, best to watch the original before seeing the new one but not a must do. The efforts put into the movie is incredible & the connections between the original & this one, seamless. So many emotions. Lady Gaga’s new song ‘Hold my hand’ during the movie & at the end, incredible. So fitting & perfect for the end credits. Tied perfectly into the movie. Cannot wait to watch again. 11/10
