Based on the only episodes available so far I’m giving 4 stars because I don’t know how it’ll turn out, I’ll update if my opinion changes… I’m sucked in. In it for the long haul. So many questions I can’t wait to learn the answers for! And I didn’t even realize that Sacha Baron Cohen is Robert until I saw the credits. What a change from Borat!!! 😆 I’m considering reading the book just because I’m inpatient and don’t want to wait the next several weeks as episodes are released. Apple TV, by far, has the best shows of all the streaming platforms! 🤌🏻 This is a drama that focuses on an affair, and deals with all the consequences even 20 years down the road. Consequences including a man (not the spouse) who takes it upon himself to get some kind of revenge. It flashes between present and past day.

When people say their pain level is a 100 out of 10, I wanna smack them. However, I’m gonna say this is a 100 out of 5 stars. I listened to this on audiobook at least 3 times, the first two times were consecutive. It’s funny, cute, the right amount of scientific, sci fi, not fantasy, great ending. I personally think it’s better than The Martian. Every book I read or listen to in the 1.5yr since this book, I’ve compared to this one. None of them compare, none are as wonderful as this read (or listen).

Undecided if I want to give 4 or 5 stars. You will hate and love them individually and together, all at the same time. Some of it was sappy, some of it annoying, but still enjoyed it. *spoiler?* the ending was so heartbreaking that I was angry at the writers, and angry that nobody gave me a heads up that I was going to feel the ending so much that I felt like I had personally lost someone. Someone that I’d never known nor met, but loved dearly. Oh man. Just in case anyone wants to know they might be heartbroken at the end of this show. Just make sure you’re in the right mindset to watch the ending.
