The story itself while kinda drawn out and hard to believe was all committed by an older guy due to the strength needed to brutalize all the victims was not bad. On the other hand continually watching cops go into buildings without their firearms drawn or defense of any kind is maddening. The only time they have a gun is when it's in the back of a car in a locked safe???? Also Katja... personally as a victim of rape and not having police do anything about it, this side arc only confirms what is wrong with judicial systems. She tampered with evidence, that's very serious business and as a cop she should know that.
