Pike was excellent in Discovery. He is an exceptional captain, who relies on his people, and their skills. He is the perfect blend of kirk and picard. He will solve, talk, and use action only when needed, but will give it his all. The entire ensemble are wonderful. Glad to see Trek back to its roots.
