Graphics and cinematography is as you would expect. Perhaps even more so. The action in the bombers while attacking and when under attack is excellent. However, storyline is weak and character development shallow. I’ve watched two episodes and still not sure what this is all about beyond the obvious WW2 setting. Don’t know where this series is taking me. As a consequence, not sure that I want to go along.

The story comes at you in bits and pieces. I spent too much time trying to comprehend it and felt like it was my job to meld it all together. It was too disjointed for my tastes. I didn’t find it very entertaining and was relieved when it ended.
