Whether you played the original or not, this game looks great, has a great story, decent controls and is fun to play. I'm still playing through, but definitely satisfied with my purchase.

Very impressed, especially for the first season. The story progresses at a reasonable pace. The scenery and sets look fantastic, also quite nostalgic if you played The Witcher games. This is a great show and is worth watching for both fans of the game and those that have never heard of it. It makes me think of a cross between Supernatural and Game of Thrones. Henry Cavill has the look, the mannerisms, just the right amount of stiffness, and the voice (especially his grunts and hmmms). Also does a good job developing secondary characters (such as Yennefer, Ciri and Dandelion) I hope we get many many seasons!
