The book was 9/10 so the movie had potential but I could only give it a 1/5. It really lacked depth. Many scenes were unnecessary, many important details were missing. I get that you gotta cram the book into 2 hours but there were much room for improvements. For example, just by adding a background narration for many of the scenes, would have improved the movie characters much better.
