Out of all 'Anime Industries' stories i've read/watch shirobako by far is the most realistic yet. It doesnt over-glorify anime making where the animator literally had a super power. It also doesnt over 'mocked' the anime industries by pointing out stuff like dead from overworked, black mail and you know... Sick, inhumane stuff.
Its show a real life part of the anime industries, where there is good thing and bad thing. Another one is the character. In my case i am able to relate aoi-chan and zuka-chan. The character building is very perfect. Its neither overcomplicated nor very simple. Its easy to relate for all of us, especially people who cant decide between work for money, work for dream, and people who find it hard getting a job.
10/10 recomended
