The show is exceptional. Now I need a contact at the show to reach out to me so I can share my story about judicial bias in CT courts, CT Insurance Commission protection of insurance companies, not the insured, the CT Claims Commission, and, lastly, but least, the CT Consumer Protection Department does not actually protect consumers and has no legislative teeth to do anything. My wife and I have 3 lawsuits against Liberty Mutual, but the Superior, Appellate and Supreme Courts of Connecticut have ignored and rejected the validity of Statutes and Practice Book Rules in favor of the insurance company. My wife was almost killed in a car accident when a driver blew a red light. Liberty refused and defended her entitlement to UIM coverage, now Liberty's attorney, Howd & Ludorf, intend to file an interpleader to rape her of the small award granted by an illegal arbitration. Leaving her with not a dime. The Merchant of Venice comes to mind: a pound of flesh. The story is long, complex and riddled with injustice, bias and prejudice. The CT courts won't even accept the power of attorney she gave me...the Act is meaningless. The lawyers screw up, and get paid hundred of thousands so the insurance company can save fifty cents. Injustice is rampant in Connecticut, and no one, from the Governor to the Clerks of the Courts give a damn about the ordinary people injured in car accidents, have their home damaged by tornado's, get screwed by public adjusters and more. Please contact me if you want the whole story to blow the roof of the insurance lobby and the judiciary.
