Honestly love Tasting History YouTube so much, my partner surprised me by buying me the book and I'm a big fan. I have a bunch of dietary restrictions (obviously this wasn't an issue in the past) however there are still recipes that I can make that are dairy, gluten and soy free. Also a lot can be modified if needed. I love being able to read about the history of the dish before making it. The amount of work that has gone in is awesome. I am so grateful this exists, my joy of cooking and history finally combined. So thank you Max, you've created something very special!!
