I first saw this book in the public library. I brought it home to make a cake for the vegan in my house. The cake was so delicious I knew I would need my own copy of the book. My son and I have been having “bake-offs”. We’ve made the banana caramel, cookies and cream and the earl grey tea. Next up is the black sesame. These recipes are well written, tasty and Lyndsay gives clear instructions on how to assemble and decorate.
