It feels like someone wanted to cross Suicide Squad with Kill Bill and hit left of the mark. Using slow-mo and arthouse music to pad your runtime is something that has to be handled with care. This film handled it with a ladle.
It was nice to see Karen Gillan again. I wish someone would hurry up and find a good use for her talents.
