I would leave 0 stars if possible back on 4/4 my bus departure time was delayed to get to my final destination by more than 8 hours and I didn't get my refund because it's a "minimal" delay according to Greyhound. I was paying for a service that Greyhound didn't fulfill and I'm still out on my refund. Poor service will never give any recommendations for family or friends to use Greyhound services. Took 2 weeks to get a response, took my money in 2 seconds but can't give a refund for a 8 hour minimal delay.
