Extremely disappointed with current series which in the main is helping affluent professional couples with houses in the $2m plus range that don’t really need their help. These home owners are quite capable of arranging their own home ‘make overs ‘, and have the financial capacity to do so.
There are low income earners who are desperate to sell for various reasons and could do with a hand up. These are the home owners they should be helping. I say a ‘hand up’ because I know you call in favours to meet the sellers budget, but this should not be extra to those who are well off.
