Pamela Brockett

I liked the premise of the book. I did not like jumping around in time. I found it confusing. Liked the characters enough and the ending. I never really got into any of the characters or understand how or why Benji was saved. He was a flawed person like everyone else. It's a quick read and I plan to re-read certain parts for my clarification.

Not my favorite book by Ann Patchett. Slow reading and could put down book and pick it up frequently. Characters well developed but not interesting to me. Not a lot of story and the pace of the story was slow. Ending was a surprise.
