This is the second book in as many weeks that I have read of JP. Disappointed with the ending. Left feeling flat. Won’t read anymore of AC.

The worst part was the actors not really riding a horse whilst they were talking.
McMasters home was not authentic! Pretty sure they weren’t built like that during that era. The boy throws dirt in the bad guys eye and next you see the bad guy wrapped in bandages?!? Really?

Guy Pearce movies are usually really good, but this one was lacking in many things.
Unconvincing actors and story line. Had enough after 40 minutes. Watched remainder the next day but didn’t improve.
