Trash loot system. Why have 100+ unlocks for each character with the other way to earn them is to spend every week for a year to unlock 1 thing via coins?

Got this game for 8 dollars. Wasn't even worth that much since this garbage has game breaking bugs that prevent progression past the tutorial. Company shows no interest in fixing their game and instead opts to delete support tickets and messages to save face.
