Realistic in that we actually sent our tank crews , incredibly, to battle the enemy in under gunned and under armored tanks that were no more than death traps. I'm a WW II history buff and had trouble believing it but it was true.A great movie, great acting by Brad Pit and his crew.And after what our soldiers saw what the Germans had done over there we actually did kill many SS, and deservedly so.
