I watched it with Tears of Joy, A story based on the Novel inspired by the Legendary emperors of our land. CGI scenes are amazing and I do not find any issues with the movie like the critics complaining about not understanding the characters and the plot of the movie. Its wonderful, you should know that Vandhiyadevan Vallavarayan is a legendary commander with his skills in speech, exceptionally good at war and at times luck too. He fought along with Raja Raja Cholan on the war with the prince of Kadaram and The mighty Chola's won Kadaram and succeeded in soo many wars. Watch the movie by comparing the real life characters to understand how powerful they were and see them in the movie as characters. You'll have fun.
