Great read. This book is easy to relate with and was full of inspirational insights. I was looking for a helpful guide for natural anxiety relief and happened on this book. I like that it gives practical tips on meditation but doesn't have all the guru fluffy stuff.
Funny after reading it I guess I got what I was looking for! Feeling more at peace and far less anxious after practicing some of the exercises to manage my crazy stressful life. Gave me some hope for this world. I'm looking forward to her next book!
