that one late june of 2017. the miitopia demo was out and i was 8 at the time. i downloaded it and INSTANTLY fell in love with it. i was so impatient at the time and i kept checking nintendo eshop EVERY DAY until it came out. I WAS SCREAMING WITH JOY. AND IT WAS WORTH IT. july 28th, both miitopia and the emoji movie (that was so bad) came out on the same day. my dad asked, do you want miitopia or we can see the emoji movie? I SAID WE ARE GOING TO GET MIITOPIA INSTANTLY. the graphics. the animations. ALL OF THE ROLES YOU (underlined) ASSIGN TO MII CHARACTERS!!! like, imagine this. you're playing just a regular rpg as a premade character. you can rename them, but you wouldn't find the name matching with the character themself. kind of like earthbound. you wish that you could give the premade characters custom classes but you're stuck with what you have. WELL HERE COMES MIITOPIA FLYING IN. YOU HAVE ABSOLUTE CONTROL OF THIS GAME. THE PROTAGONIST? YOU. YOUR TEAMMATES? WHOEVER YOU MAKE YOUR TEAMMATES. THE ANTAGONIST? WHOEVER YOU MAKE THE ANTAGONIST. YOU LITERALLY MAKE EV-RY-BO-DY. all the chapters are so unique! you first start out as an adventurer in the town of greenhorne. then you're in the DESERT. (i love the neksdor battle music!!!!) THEN YOU'RE IN A FOREST WITH ELVES WHO USES DANCE MAGIC. you save all your friends who were kidnapped at the end of each chapter in a VOLCANO and find the dark lord's castle! YOU FLY ON A DRAGON AND MEET TRAVELERS LIKE YOU. PECULIA IS PECULIAR LIKE LITERALLY. CANDY GROWS ON TREES AND THE SKY IS PURPLE AND THE GRASS IS PINK AND YOU FIGHT PIECES OF BREAD AND HAMBURGERS AND NOSES. I'M NOT KIDDING. powdered peaks isn't really special, it's just a snowy area. but the ghontu waste song is cool! YOU ARE IN A CLOUD WHERE ROBOTS ARE MADE. THIS IS MY FAVORITE WORLD! THE BATTLE MUSIC FOR NIMBUS IS EXTRAORDINARY!!! you finally make it to the sky scraper... finding the new antagonist (dont wanna spoil it) YOU ARE IN SPACE. S P A C E. okay ill shut up about all the chapters :) but what i'm saying is that this is a total must-have and one of the greatest video games of all time for me. i swear if they make a sequel of this i will scream even louder with joy. please buy this game right now if you haven't already. edit: PRE ORDER THIS GAME RIGHT NOW. YOU NEED TO HAVE JUAN AND BECOME AN ANIME GIRL IN HD

five stars. do i even have to explain? this game is INCREDIBLE. if you are wanting to choose between tomodachi life and miitopia, then JUST BUY BOTH. both of these games have all of their charm and i was so excited to get this game in christmas of 2015. unlike animal crossing where you have to just pick random with the villagers, wait for the shops to open.... wait for your least favorite villagers to move out... (i still love animal crossing, but it has it's problems as well.) all of the shops are open 24/7, you can make up to 120 residents, it's AMAZING. you can import miis from anywhere, use streetpass to collect travelers, and just let them do their own thing! one of the best parts about this game is the relationship strategy. your miis make friends, best friends, and they you can see how well they get along, based on their personality. and maybe, just maybe, you might have some love in the air! and they might get married and have a baby! however, i wish there were more love options (gay miis maybe???) than just a male and female being with each other. so.... highly recommend this game. buy this game and miitopia immediately. it's worth it. 10/10.
