Be warned. This company is ridiculous and full of lies. I had Cricket for several years and then I started having poor service in my own house so I bought a new phone because a rep said they thought it could help. After over four months of missing calls I decided to cancel service. I gave the phone to my sister only to find out it needed to be on for 6 months to unlock it so the rep told me how many days I needed to have the phone on to unlock it so I started service up, even though I already have a phone and not through Cricket.
After turning service on for more than the days they told me it needed to be on, I have talked to a few raps on the phone and on chat line having to tell my story over and over again and now they tell me it's been too long for them to include the service from when my phone was on prior so that I would need to have the phone on for 6 months.
All I can say is I will never use your service again and I am sick of all your lies and wasted time that I've spent dealing with Cricket and I warn anyone that is considering their service. They don't even deserve 1 star but they don't give you that choice when leaving a review.
