We been purchasing from New Ocean for more than a year. Never had any issue but with this one particular make me not to come back here for future purchases. On 2/24 we order 5 cs of salmon (skin off). When we went check, there was only 4 cs of salmon (skin off) and 1 cs of salmon (skin on). By the time we checked, New Ocean already closed. So we called the next day in the evening. One of the guy answered the phone and told us to bring it back and they will switch. We told them that we can’t bring it back because it’s not our fault for this wrong item. If they want they can come get it. So the guy say “ Ok we’ll give u back when u come back and it will be on memo.” When we go back today 3/22 I told the receptionist about the credit back. She checked in the system and found that there was no memo. She asked me for the name of the person I talked. I told her it’s been almost a month. I don’t remember the name. She also told me that usually like this case, New Ocean suppose to asked us to send them picture about the wrong item and bring it back to them. I said well, I was not ask for any pictures. It’s has nothing to do with us whether or not what it should have been done. We did our part by calling the next day. After she makes couple found calls, she gave me the credit back. We purchased it for $187 per case however we only get credit back for $26. The difference of salmon skin on and skin off by per pound. My understanding is that if I got 1 cs of wrong item, they have give credit back for that 1 cs of wrong item. This is ridiculous. See the picture below for the credit.
