Don't let the fun upbeat previews fool you. This movie was as dull as the knife I butter my toast with. What makes it worse is all the well known actors in it giving you the confidence that the $40 you spent on two tickets, one popcorn and pop was all worth it. It wasn't. We even left in the middle of the movie. I have never in my recollection left a movie early. Imagine yourself reading this review in the same boring monotone voice, without any personality. That is what it was like watching Asteroid City.
