Just awful! Casting awful, writing, awful, acting over -the-top! Hollywood made another quick production for the worldwide streaming eyes. Quality, it seems, is not on anyone’s agenda these days, just money through getting the most streaming eyes on a production.

Believe me, I want to love it with all of my heart. But, thus far, I barely like it. It’s too bad, they have all the resources they need and an unlimited budget. I don’t feel like I should be left wanting after every episode. But, it’s not a wanting for more. It’s a wanting for what could have been!

This show has lost its way. Too bad; the material just goes in circles because the writer has lost his creativity so guess what, he throws a hundred F bombs at you and has 5 foot 6 Mike aka Jeremy Renner walking around with this Tough guy shoulder swagger that’s almost laughable. And he’s so high on himself, he just looks off into the distance in a dissociative way like he doesn’t even know what he’s doing there. This series had a lot of potential but the writer has decided his paycheck from paramount is more important than his creativity as a writer.

This show is a disgrace. It sucks! I actually feel bad for the crew as in I’m embarrassed for them. Rhaenyra sloops like she’s going to have a nervous breakdown every time she speaks. “ I need to sit down.” Nervous breakdown!

The show had possibilities in season 1 but it was like the writers list touch with what they were trying to do and the show went into several directions, none of which stayed true to the original plots purpose. It was definitely a sorry attempt at Vikings sequel. Sadly, I gave it 3 stars only because I watched it through and through. I kept hoping the writers would change direction in the next episode but they just got deeper and deeper into what became a glorified soap opera. And the show ended in season 3 in a way that promised a season 4 but alas, we find out that it ended. That last season tried to clean up a few storylines as quickly as possible but not in a way that a show ends but perhaps, the end of a season. Once again, with the hope that maybe this show would pull it together in season 4. Where’s Ragnar when you need him? Oh yeh, he’s in heaven with Athelstan:)

Game of Thrones is certainly a top 5 series but what I have to say is that the interaction between the Hound and AYIA is the funniest thing I’ve ever seen. To see the Hound’s facial expression when AYIA talks makes me laugh harder than just about anything I’ve ever seen. Thanks Glegane!

That was a travesty. That ending made the Game of Thrones ending seem excellent. I’ve never seen anything as bad as that in many years and that is only because the series was so good! Wow, and I was really looking forward to that.
