This is a wonderful read aloud book for all ages. I heard Robert Macfarlane read the "spell" JackDaw on CBC radio and was hooked. I immediately gotThe Lost Spells from the library and am ordering copies for as gifts for my friends to lift their spirits and connect them to nature in these trying times.
