Nice understated film about a group of wonderful young people accepting each other for who they are while waiting to be released from a school run by a religious psychopath who tries to emotionally manipulate everyone around her for her own egotistical aims

Really liked the way the story unfolds in two different timelines - dealing more intelligently than usual with the issues of extraordinary powers giving extraordinary responsibility and the expectations and disappointments of family and friends - such a shame the series ending won't be resolved now it's been cancelled - hopefully another network can pick it up

From first episode only first impressions - liked the characters and the casting. Dialogue is a little basic and the conclusion was weak. Music was very grating at the beginning and detracted from the action. Idea has a lot of potential but so far not very well executed hope it improves

First episode was about half ridiculous and half just really really boring won't be watching any more
