Complete scam - the book that came was clearly a paperback with Xeroxed pages. Terrible resolution so you cannot identify plants, or even see the pictures at all. When I contacted customer support (over 3 times!) I never heard back for a replacement or refund even though it was "guaranteed." It's unfortunate because had it been what it was advertised it would have been a great buy and I probably would have continued to invest in the Author. But this is a COMPLETE SCAM DO NOT BUY!! Also - the "free books" that are promised DO NOT come with the order.
