I’m reading the Dalziel and Pascoe books in order and this is by far the worst I’ve read. A miss-step as the others have been excellent.

Whilst it was nice to see Raylan back, this is a poor imitation of the original series. It all feels a bit forced, epitomised by Raylan’s romantic liaison which I just couldn’t buy.

Absolute tripe. All these people saying how fantastic Line of Duty is clearly haven’t seen The Sopranos, The Wire or Deadwood. That’s good television. Good writing. Bosch on Amazon Prime is a far better example of a police procedural that is both well plotted, believable and entertaining.
