The writers need to have clarity about who is the target audience. Even if the 2 kids are and nice to watch, if the audience are kids the behaviour of the antagonist will create a poor impression that elders can be conniving and can kill others for the selfish motives. While if the target audience is elders, the kids part will be very childish for them. Thankfully the sitcom doesn’t have people weeping in every episode.
