I admit, the movie is underrated: But it most CERTAINLY ISN'T A MASTERPIECE. As a batman fan, batman has been through WAY more and hasn't broken his No Kill Rule, and doesn't go to using machine guns. Lex Luthor isn't a madman; He's a businessman who despises superman but isn't some random young guy causing chaos for no reason. Superman was alright, but by the time he sacrificed his life near the end, he wasn't even a hero yet and his death didn't actually change anything.
