second worst series ever, only after Riverdale.
the plots are rather illogical and the scenario is unconvincing. I don't see the reason why Michelle weights more than the two legs to Fernando. I don't see why Ezequeil pet the unrelated offspring so much the second after his wife suicide. The speech given by Rafio when he persuaded Fernando to help him pass the individual test was ridiculous. He said, I quote, only three per cent people can pass the process and live a happy life, at the cost of the misery of the rest. He has to change the world, even though he had to hurt so many people, at whatever cost. Don't y'all notice the sarcasm? How could a man yell his whole-life belief while betraying it simultaneously?
Not only is the story atrocious, the acting is also a bit OTT. After all the crazyness, fetish and perverseness, Ezequil suddenly turned the victim and begged for sympathy. No comments.
A bit of strech. The show itself is a paradox. The offshore utopia is established on the basis of the poverty and misery of the rest of world. The offsprings of people offshore (delivered after passing the process) can live forever there, generation after generation, whereas those unfortunate have to make all their efforts to get through, cheating and betraying their family and friends. How is this different from medieval monarchy? Aristocrats relish their extravagant life and the poor are enslaved miserably. Only 3% of cheap peasants can elbow their way to better life by amusing the governing class. The process is a circus, and all those from offshore are wathcing the program with snacks and laughter.
I can't believe the series is rated this high.
