I can't think of a movie that was so bad that I felt sad as I left the movie theatre. Trap was the worst movie I've ever seen. No horror, no mystery, no thrills, no twist, nothing. The movie is the trap. Maybe that's the twist? The mindblowing thing about this movie is how much potential the premise had, compared to what was actually presented. 0/10 do not waste your money or your time.

I almost skipped watching it because of the 1 star reviews and I'm really glad I didn't because this show was really awesome and mindblowing! The only frustrating thing about it is it's only 1/3 of the story so basically everything is unresolved. I don't like the idea of having to wait years to finish this story when I could just go read the books or, even better, have an AI summarize the books for me just so I can know what happens. A lot of other reviews seem to focus on superficial aspects of the show that I didn't even notice and have nothing to do with the story.

One of the worst "horror" movies I've ever seen.

Not scary, doesn't make sense, incredibly boring, I actually started expecting the movie to just fizzle out into nothingness and roll credits at several points... It's pretty bad.

It is a terrible, nonsensical movie with an incredibly irritating female lead. I don't even know what the hell I just watched. I thought maybe there would be something at the end to tie it all together and maybe have something to do with the word "nope" but nothing every really happens. The alien itself was incredibly lame as well and nothing is explained about it. It is a genuinely BAD movie.

The movie is terrible, it's too long, the jokes aren't funny, the story is boring, there are no stakes, and the villain sucks. The movie is so long and so boring that by the end of it I honestly felt sick because of how exhausting it was to watch. There are too many references to killing children which is completely baffling in and of itself but made especially weird when you consider that James Gunn was originally fired for writing tweets about young boys. What did I just watch?
