Being a big fan of the Original Trilogy, I expected a lot more from Resurrections. It simply did not deliver, plain and simple. Perhaps if they hadn't wasted half the movie trying to convince Neo he was having a psychotic break down, and used some of that time reigniting some of the character dynamics between Keaeau Reeves and Lawrence Fishburne, that would have helped. However, nope we got a Max Headroom version of Morpheus that I'm still trying to wrap my brain around. I started watching, eager to see if there was going to be a fifth installment. They did set it up nicely, but perhaps Warner Bros. would be better served spending their money elsewhere. In my opinion, this comes in as a strong 2 stars, but only because you can tell some masterful detail went into CGI.. This left this diehard Matrix fan, very disappointed! I'll have to think long and hard before I waste another 2 hours of my life that I'll never get back watching a 5th installment.

Absolutely the worst Bruce Willis movie I have ever seen! I think It would have been a lot more enjoyable to sit in my yard and watch the grass grow. Don't waste your time on this one, it's almost as good as a 1970's Godzilla movie where the lips don't match the voices!
