Honestly was disappointed, I was super excited for this sequel, I had actually enjoyed the first one even though it wasn’t perfect by any means but this one was awful, it started off decent/good and I was enjoying it but man half way through it’s like they were trying to meet a deadline and speeding through it and then the sheer level of plot armor is just a buzz kill for me, feels like you could get into a fist fight with the devil and still win as long as you “remember” that you’ll win. All in all, it’s not the worst scary movie but it’s the worst in the conjuring verse, definitely rather watch Annabelle(1st one) or even La Llorona instead. Hopefully the crooked man assuming they ever make it, is a better film.
