Okay honestly, I expected this show to be one of those cringe kids' show but I gave it a shot and it just stole my heart!! This show is not just about a band singing. The main focus is the love of friendship, going through grief and finding your way back from being lost. The show has got some really great funny moments too. I would say it's a show for all ages. Julie (the main protagonist) who lost her mom and hasn't been able to play music for a year and Luke, Reggie and Alex (the phantoms) who died 2 hours before they were gonna be one of the most epic bands find each other and bring each other back to life. The 3 guys helped bring music back to Julie and Julie practically brought them back to life. The love that the four of them have for each other is absolutely amazing and beautiful. The songs are also quite awesome. They have been stuck in my head for a long time. You can really feel the emotions portrayed in all of those songs. And I am quite impressed by Madison Reyes' (who plays Julie) acting. This is her first project and she killed it!!! Her facial expressions are quite good that it almost seems like it's real and not just acting. I also love the charecter Julie (who's also my fav on the show). She is iconic and at the same time relatable. Her lines are just amazing. And the best part about this charecter is Madison Reyes' portrayal of Julie. And her voice is absolutely astounding and bewildering. She hits the high notes really well. I definitely see her going places and becoming incredibly famous. I really hope this show gets renewed for another season. If you haven't watched this show yet you should definitely give it a try. Trust me, you won't regret it.
