The issue of the dollar store missed the real mark for small town America. The dollar store is acting as a cancer for the local grocery stores. They move into small communities saturate the market and sell the high profit items which they can buy for far less than the local grocery forcing them to go out of business. This is an overwhelming pattern in small communities it’s too bad the community market and the community are dying because of the dollar store business model
