Solid meh. The plot was very rushed and didn't even have a payoff in the end. I doubt we'll see a sequel. That said, the monsters were the real star, game accurate visuals and sounds. Great care was obviously put into them, to bad the story didn't get such attention. What I think the biggest detriment to this film was, was the isekai elements, if we didn't have the army characters and focused on the 5th fleet's research of the tower, maybe teased the other world plot point, the movie would have been beter. Spectacle film at best, but barely worth the popcorn.
