It's says there is only slight changes but that is a lie there is huge changes I mean rand and egwin wouldn't even be able to have sex due to how strict the customs are in the town perrie was not old enough to have a wife and he was a black smith apprentice which is a major part of his story in the books there is just so much that is changed and a lot is huge changes to character development
