Bill's commentary on Joe Biden is unfortunately, short sided. As a long practicing psychotherapist I have witnessed many women(some men) report the same story over and over, "I didn't like what he was doing but I "froze". Yes, that is what people do when in highly uncomfortable situations,they freeze.It is a tested, well understood normal brain response.(google: Leon Seltzer, 2015 Psychology Today article.) In a world of caring, and respect, no one will try and convince others their own experience is not valid. There are plenty of issues and topics that are funny and edgy, does comedy really want to be used to make people doubt a painful, uncomfortable reality? I would love to see comedy be used to question the aggressor, not the victims.
