I actually liked the movie, unlike most people, it seems. I could relate to the mother receiving this traumatic news while jogging. I would agree that it would have been helpful to better understand the motivations of the shooter and have more time spent on the situation at the school. That said, I think Watts did a phenomenal job of acting. The movie certainly was harrowing enough for me.

I thoroughly enjoyed this movie. I didn’t go into it with any expectations. The acting was brilliant and the scenery was gorgeous in a cold, spare sort of way. It was an exploration of grief and also a lesson about acceptance. I was pretty devastated by the ending.

I thought that it was beautiful and heartbreaking. Fantastic performance by Stewart.

I really enjoyed it . I am a survivor of suicide. My husband killed himself in 1987 and I can really relate to a lot of the feelings.
