This show was one of the most stereotypical shows I've seen. The lead character has no personality and fits in with a stereotypical millennial not gen z. There have been instances of sexist comments such as a reference to Taylor swift which was inappropriate and completely disregarding if a hard working woman's work. The lead in a story must be enjoyable and relatable to the audience and as a 15 year old (which the show was intended for my age group) I saw no valid comparisons nor connections. thus I have come to the conclusion that the industry should do better with the representation of adolescents. The script writers must have been old white men who have not fully comprehended how teenagers act in the present society. To conclude Ginny's character is that she is very problematic and angers me as well as everyone. Ginny's character and personality made it very difficult for me to like her. The only positive acknowledgment ive made is of the female poc lead role, lgbtq+ roles and people of different cultural backgrounds. who ever put 5 stars are people over the age of 27 and are spreading misinformation this is the worst show i've ever seen and that says a lot.
