UJDA CHAMAN #one liner : A decent effort with a poor setup now i genuinely feel bad for this film because it has an above average script. the only reason why it won't work is due to bala releasing prior to this. The reason why i said poor setup is because the locations were jumping without context and the script couldn't handle it. after a point it just becomes useless to apply your brains to where the lead is. Actors: The lead sunny singh is mostlyknown for pyaar ka punchanama 2 and SKTKS . I feel it was a bad idea to totally put the film in this guy's hands. The actress maanvi gagroo is best known for the web series tripling. hence it was a bad idea to leave the film in the hands of these two The acting of sunny singh felt the same as his previous roles and i couldn't picture him as a separate character. Maanvi had a bit change in her nature and acting compared to her previous work script : There were just too many stupid jokes and bad puns put to lighten the atmosphere. If it was a serious drama i would have enjoyed it more if it was a serious drama cinematography : i liked how the camera panned through many sequences. overall it was good rating 2.5/5 #raghavreviews ps : I would recommend waiting for it to come to ott platforms thank you

Bharat (a secret for you'll at the end) # one liner: when you see the same face in the make up When you are making a film after the star has had a major flop like race 3, it is really necessary for winning the hearts of the audience The attempt was good but.......... Talking about the story it is the remake of a superhit korean film (producers play safe) but the film is very well rewritten and that is something i really liked about the film.Reading the plot of the korean film on wikipedia and then watching bharat really made me feel that there is brains put in the remake. Its not just a scene to scene copy with some item numbers in between. lets get in the acting. Salman khan has not put his 100% it really feels that he has just given one take for each scene. More than salman khan i felt katrina kaif put in more (to improve her hindi) Sunil grover just has that one mouse like face which started irritating me after a point The character of disha had no disha in the film except for slow motion.I found her more hot on the pepsi ad ( upvote if you agree) moving on to the director: I genuinely love ali abbas zafar as a director. He surely gets salman khan closer to being an actor and this wasn't a bad attempt. Milan talkies #one liner : a charming,stylish masala movie this week I personally like tigmanshu dulia's (director) style of making a desi movie with style like bullet raja i think he is the best for desi masala movies.However after a point you die with indigestion yet you don't mind giving up all your likes and dislikes of cinema and just watch the movie in a cinematic point of view it was not that great as the same love-story every time. you can just relate to scenes from all the love stories you have seen like ( humpty/badrinath ki dulhaniya , dhadak , ddlj etc ) There are also a few similarities to bullet raja of the same director. regarding the acting i didn't like the acting of ali faizal as comparing it to his mirzapur. I genuinely felt varun dhawan would have fit this space much better than ali. The lingo of the film is really great. There are many punches but not as much as his own directorial paan singh tomar. There is some aura in the film which just mesmerizes you and this aura doesn't come from the actors but it comes from the. Background score which for a point was irritating. Few scenes were wonderfully directed. Mere Pyaare Prime Minister i some how got a ticket to this film #one liner : an over lengthened film which will bore you after a point This is another attempt to talk about the inequalities in our castes after toilet:ek prem katha,halka and to some degree even gullyboy but unfortunately it couldn't catch the aura which these other film had. The script was unnecessarily stretched to make it into a feature film. i agree these are films for the classes etc. but yet it wasn't catchy and as attractive in terms of watching.I can guaranty you that if these unnecessary stuff was not added then it would surely have been a 40 minute film. This film forcefully tried to evoke sympathy in you. like if you have watched gullyboy the scene in which ranveer is in the car as a driver driving his boss's daughter home really evokes sympathy in you. I really had lots of expectations from this film but it didn't meet it. With a director like rakesh omprakash mehra i was expecting something as sweet as dhanak(not dhadak). but quite disappointed rating: 2/5 I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND WATCHING THIS FILM UNLESS YOU WANT TO TRY IT. BADLA ( official remake of THE INNOCENT GUEST ) #One liner: The only thing jo badla is the gender A week ago i saw the movie THE INNOCENT GUEST as i knew this film is releasing.I don't have any problem with the maker or anything but i need to admit that this film did need some more changes other than the gender. The film is of cause a sujoy ghosh film who is known to make top class thrillers but just remaking didn't get in my throat. I can relate this to dhadak (staring my cousin brother)and sairat, there were a huge amount of people who liked it but at the same time the people who have seen sairat preferred sairat. THINGS WHICH MAY WORK OUT > The TRAILER : The trailer is quiet good for the masses as for me i felt it simmilar to the trailer of kshanam ( telegu cinema ) . > The CASTE : All the Bachchan fans are not going to read this review and they are just going to go for the movie >The SONGS: The songs have come on the top ten songs of the month so this may also attract a few to the theatre > The ONLY RELEASE : Today as of bollywood there is only one movie releasing and that is badla so the movie buffs will have to go for this. > FRESH AIR : After bollywood killing us with biopics and patriotism.This is the first movie in this genre this year THINGS THAT MAY NOT WORK OUT > The people who will watch THE INNOCENT GUEST will not like the film so much as it doesn't have that vibe which TIG gave me. >The low interest of people in this genre: This is genre mostly loved by the youth and literate people as the other rural places will not like it so much (they like comedy (slapstick and masti type) and romantic films so hence i don't think this will work much at the rural level >WORD OF MOUTH: For the people who have not watched the original they will be mesmerized and will surely recommend it to their friends but the cult of the original (which is quite less ) won't #REVIEW I WOULDN'T CALL IT A NEW ATTEMPT FROM BOLLYWOOD BUT IT IS LIKE THE ITALIAN PIZZA COMING TO INDIA AND GETTING ITS MASALA WHICH EVEN SOME ITALIANS LOVE ITS THAT WAY. THE CINEMATOGRAPHY IS FABULOUS. LUKHA CHUPI ***SPOILERS WHICH WILL NOT RUIN YOUR EXPERIENCE*** # one liner : late cheating i know this is a bit to harsh but there is nothing that i could say better than this to such a film although i am from mathura and this is my town film.I had a lot of expectations from this film but i will try not to let it affect my review Why i used the word late is because this film should have released a few years earlier as we are much far ahead of this stuff. we don't have a taboo on at least relationships .we have crossed that stage. The reason why i said cheating is because now days the trailer of the film is trying to show that the film is about some new topic which is untouched yet but it lands up becoming the same film recycled We have already been cheated like this in cheat india some time ago which was about a topic not touched but it landed up being the same creepy story with slow mo walks right? now let us go to the section we call Things which may work >Topic :Like i said that the trailer will attract the audiences to the theaters for its so to say a taboo topic. > The caste fans: After SKTKS kartik has got a major chunk of fans and these fans are not going to read the review they will just go for the film. kriti sanon also has a fan base not mainly for her films but also for her style sense.NOT ONLY THE MASSES BUT THE FILM WILL ALSO ATTRACT THE CLASS.BY THE CASTING OF PANKAJ TRIPATHI AND VINAY PATHAK. > Songs: I particularly didn't like the songs but my friends liked the songs so this also may be a factor for which people may come THING WHICH MAY NOT WORK >critics: The critics have not liked this film and there is a lot of people who watch the film based on our review.those people are going to watch sonchiriya and this is a factor which may not work out >Word of mouth: The word of mouth for this film is going to be mixed and it is hard to say much about it because the film looks really sweet when watched ( too much sweet is not good for health) this is an aspect which may or may not work for the film ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Now let us go to the review of the film A monotonously written script with quotidian comedy and saccharine romance. or in other words it is a lazily written script with stupid comedy and over emotional romance >PLOT The plot is set about a reporter from mathura who meets this head strong girl ( like bitti from bareily ki barfi ) and they both decide to experience a live-in-relationship and then get more and more stuck in the web because of the society and their family > ACTING: The acting of kartik is exactly like his guest iin london ( i don't know why the extra i is there) with a ting of pyaar ka punchama in it THE SAME LIVE IN BOY kriti is exactly like bitti from bareily ki barfi. pankaj tripathi is the same stree character and i found i ting of bhaiya ji super hit's character also Aparshikti also was identical to his character of stree HOWEVER Vinay pathak is the only character i liked in the film as it was something new of him he was great. SO OVER ALL IT WAS A SAME GAME WITH SAME CASTE. This is the biggest problem with bollywood it auditions you based on your previous film and hence we see the same shade of the same person on screen. *****rating***** 1/5 This week if you are going with your PARTNER for a film then do go for this film if you are going for a good story then i would recommend sonchiriya or gully boy this week if you are going with your family then go for total dhamaal and if you are feeling patriotic then go for uri the surgical strike sorry again for the lengthy review and do mark it helpful if you liked the review # FilmsWithRaghav

TOTAL DHAMAAL ( MY 50th review ) #one liner : A very over hipped up film for the masses which contains a lot of sleazy and predictable comedy. Now if this film would have released in say the beginning of 2018 then may be it could have won the masses hearts but with the success of badhai ho etc the masses have also decided to love good stories and not the cast so now let us go to our section which is Things that may work 1. CAST :The biggest thing that can bring the audience to the theater is the cast which mostly all these big budget films try to do. The mantra for success for a hit in india is the *CAST BRINGS THE MASS* 2.CHILDREN : The reason why many people will go although even not liking the content is the children.Kids need such films THEY CAN'T BE BORN AS CRITICS RIGHT ? If you are dying to get the sweet kiss from your kid then don't read this review and just go to the hall and enjoy 3. DHAMAAL: the first film of the franchise has a fair amount of cult.Hence the people may go for it seeking a similar film THING WHICH MAY NOT WORK 1. WORD OF MOUTH : Mark my word this film is not going to get a good word of mouth as till the end of the film you feel the sense of sleaze and would not try to experience this again. 2 NO CREATIVITY: I hate films which are made with the same story but with a bigger budget (e.g baaghi 2)coz the story of this film is just the same as dhamaal DHAMAAL TOTAL DHAMAAL The secret was of ten crores The secret is of 50 crores The classic helicopter scene The same helicopter scene The same ending NOW LETS MOVE ON TO THE REVIEW Acting: To be frank none of the actors put an impact on me at the end.No one could be remembered like KAMLI (sanju) .Even great actors like Sanjay mishra and Ajay devgn didn't put an impact on me Sanjay mishra kept on calling Ajay devgn bro and after a point it became irritating. SONGS: The songs of the film is PURE S***. I Hated them the lyrics are less the background score is louder and irritating. WRITING: THERE IS NOT MUCH WRITING DONE FOR THIS FILM EXCEPT FOR BRO BRO BRO BRO BRO AND SOME STUPID SLAPSTICK PUNCHES SCREENPLAY : SCREENPLAY IS LAZILY PENNED. EACH CHARACTER DOES NOT KNOW WHY THEY ARE DOING AND WHAT. VFX: The only thing to go for this film is the vfx IF YOU LIKE TO WATCH SUCH STUFF THEN GO FOR IT ANIMALS : The adventure part of the film with animals is also a thing to go for but if i just wanted to see animals on screen then i would rather go to a zoo. FINAL VERDICT : IF YOU HAVE A FAMILY WITH KIDS THEN DO GO FOR THIS FILM .BUT IF YOUR FAMILY IS INTERESTED IN GOOD CINEMA THEN DON'T JAM YOUR HEADS AND EMPTY YOUR POCKETS ON THIS FILM. I would rather watch GULLY BOY OR URI THIS WEEK IF I WOULD BE GOING ALONE. Why Cheat India Large hopes huge disappointment In the whole ,why cheat india had a very interesting topic and hence had great expectations.On twitter everyone was like this is going to bee the badhai ho type blockbuster of this year, but what to do...anyways Lets start positive points > WCI has a great 1 hour and till the interval it is very catchy and entertaining > The acting of Emran is just great. i am so so so happy he is not that serial kisser anymore.This is his version 2.0 and trust me he has nailed it in his acting in the first half as rakesh ( rockey) > The character of the boy sattu is also great he has just acted how much was needed no overacting in his part. > The scenes of the movie was also not bad in other words the locations of shoot where good and seemed real specially the classrooms. >The film has great punches I really loved it > The promotions were done a lot. ( any youtuber you watch it reads ft. Emran Hashmi) Negative points The things that did not work > Emran's acting in the second half seemed too repetitive.What i mean by that is that he kept that same anti-hero smile which is on the poster.It was a good attempt but after a point it felt too disgusting and repetitive. It felt like its a mask on his face > The second half seems too complicated.It takes a lot of brains to follow ( I seriously felt i was in a crash course class. The split screen made it feel more complicated ) >The second half was tedious. It introduced so many characters so quickly that it was difficult to follow. > final verdict ( am i in a courtroom?) The film could have been better scripted and much better portrayed but was overall a ok film If you are looking for good punches then its a much watch but if you want a good story which you can follow well than this is not worthy for you bro/sis ( women empowerment) rating 2.5/5 if this review has helped you then do mark it helpful it really makes me happy if some one liked my job

sui dhaga made in india the film is centered on a very good topic and sharad khatarya is the best choice for directing such a film...no one can forget his dum lagake haisha (one of my favorite films) this film has many factors to make it a blockbuster 1 It is a yas raj film : yash raj films is a very renowned production house in the bollywood world 2. it is a very good topic: we as indians are very sentimental and this story deals with such a topic . 3. It has a very good director: If you are the few souls who have seen dum lagake haisha then you will not wait to read this review you would just run to the cinema hall 4. it stars our youth ideal Varun "the one" and Anushka sharma "Kohli" : Varun Dhawan has till date not had a flop film and Anushka sharma is also a very good actress and a yash raj girl 5. the story is very good guys and i think all of you will like it i'll not extend it more long and make you bored final verdict! (am i in a court?) please go and watch this film to be entertained as well as educated THIS IS A MUST WATCH FILM SO RUN TO THE THEATER AND ENJOY THIS FILM AND START USING MADE IN INDIA PRODUCTS!!!
