Look, they have strayed a little from the books (okay a lot) but the main plot is still there and while I am definitely upset at some of the changes I’m going to keep watching it. They are doing a good job honestly even if it isn’t exactly what I would have wanted. There are some things (the dragon reborn possibly being a woman.. really) that I definitely don’t like. The cgi, the background sets, the costumes, the feel for the world in general, is all amazing. I think they story will continue to improve quite a bit. For me, book 1 was a very slow read. The ending was fantastic but I’m glad they didn’t have all that in here. Also, to the haters “saidin can’t be channeled by females” clearly don’t remember certain forsaken and should probably re read the series. 4/5, and hopefully they keep fleshing out the world and characters that we all know and love. P.s we need more Matt. His arc further on is probably the best. Pps. PLEASE HAVE A GOOD LANFEAR.
