I would give it a 2.5 actually. I appreciate that they are global and are looking at entrepreneurship as much as fashion, as a successful designer also has to run a business... and that there is a business-oriented mentorship... but the show lacks the immediacy and personal connection that was so great about Project Runway. The Tim/Heidi vignettes are overly staged and feel fake and add nothing of value or interest. What makes Tim so great is his connection with the designers and that should be emphasized, not play-acting with Heidi. The judges are not what one would expect. Just because they might be famous does make them good judges. I hope next season the show becomes more REAL, more interpersonal so we can really be engaged with the designers, and that the judges are more solid and design/business oriented. If not, I probably won't continue. I mourned the loss of Time and Heidi on PR, but I think it is still a better show, even without them.
