Channel 4 News excelled itself tonight 12th December. It was both compelling and informative - quite the best hour of TV and definitely the best News programme. Thank you all presenters - brilliant programme.

Absolutely brilliant from the opening scene to the final one. Spell binding performances from the entire cast. It was, without doubt, the best TV series of the year………or perhaps the decade. Such an intricate script faultlessly acted, twisting and turning to an ending that had me gasping fo4 breath, WATCH IT

What a dreadful series!! I can’t think of a positive thing to say about it.i watched it because I usually love anything Danish but this has proved to be an exception. If there’s a second series I won5 be watching it!!!

Wonderful series!! The Danes are consistently outstanding in both films and TV series. I have come to the conclusion that they are streets ahead of other countries in film. (A Fortuna Man is a wonderful film) This series has left me both breathless and uplifted………such sensitive dealings of human nature, both the good and the bad. Such clever writing and superb acting from the entire cast. Each actor portraying different reactions to a nightmarish terrorist attack………brilliant.

Danish films and tv series are a must watch. This series is outstanding on every level. The story is skilfully crafted and as the menace grows it becomes very hard to watch. I think I held my breath for the last two episodes. Well written, great cinematography and outstanding acting from the entire cast. A psychological drama. Amazing. Danish cinema rules!

I’m late in catching The Killing - watching it because of all the hype!! I’m half way through the second season and I’ve come to 5he conclusion that the Danish version would be far superior. This series is just awful - the lead actress just mumbles unintelligible dialogue. I’m losing the will to live and am taking a break to read reviews and to offer my own………then I’ll go back to shouting at tv. It’s a dreadful series Soren Sveistrup is a fine writer but American production has ruined what should be a good production

I’m 45 minutes into this film and I’m losing the will to live……….soundtrack awful with lots of mumbling, quite what the time scale is n impossible comprehend as civilisation appears to break down before the baby is a few months old.. I’m hoping to whole lot of th3e m will die soon as I really can’t watch anymore 😭

Utterly brilliant. - stellar performances from a stellar cast. I have come back to this film of Lear several times to see Anthony Hopkins portraying him in a masterful descend into madness and the heart wrenching climax - masterful!!! I love it.

A truly wonderful film from the very beginning right up until the end. It’s thought provoking and harrowing to watch in equal measure with all the actors turning in stellar roles. MARVELLOUS. Danish film making at its normal high standard.

Complete and utter rubbish!!! There was absolutely nothing believable in this film. I’ve wasted 80 minutes of my life that I’ll never get back because I thought there might be a retrieving ending - there wasn’t!!
